Léoube is not just a wine estate, it's the full Provence fantasy condensed into one impossibly beautiful property between the Maures hills and the sea. A 16th-century château among organic vines, a twenty-hectare olive grove, a café with sea views, and private access to the Plage du Pellegrin. You could happily spend a whole day here and never taste a thing, though you should.
